Big Companies Push to Protect Young Immigrants Affected by DACA Expiration

The Coalition for the American Dream, comprising some of the biggest business companies such as Amazon, Apple, Facebook, General Motors, Google, Hewlett Packard, IBM, and Microsoft, among others, launched a digital advertisement campaign last October 26, 2017 to push for Congress to pass law that will give young immigrants (Dreamers) a permanent solution to the impending expiration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in roughly six months. The expiration of DACA will expose its recipients to loss of status and face deportation.
